This Privacy Notice explains how RAC Motoring Services, Registered No: 01424399, will process the personal data of individuals using the 2022 Driving Theory Test UK website.
We sell our mobile application and any associated in-app features through the Apple AppStore and Google Play Market. Your transaction is with Apple or Google, not with us and we receive no information about your purchase or you. However if you created an account via the website, the following Privacy Notice will apply.
This notice sets out the basis on which we collect any personal information relating to you, or that you provide to us. This is information that you provide to us in relation to us providing you with our services.

Retention of Your Personal Data
We do not collect, store, use, save, or have access to any of your personal data except for the information mentioned above that we need in order to provide you the Service and customer support. Any data received by the RAC from the previous data controllers will be removed upon termination of website-based accounts.
Individual settings relating to the Driving Theory Test UK are not personal and are stored only on your device. We do not collect, store that information at all and have no access to it.
We do not store account settings and study results, so you might lose them in case you delete the application form your device.
The information is only stored on your device or your cloud service.
